Normal Policy

We will save your project for life and you can change it later by paying the relevant amount.
We will not publish your project or its assets anywhere without your permission.
If you are an intermediary (a customer who accepts projects from other customers and delivers them to us), we will not connect with your customers in any way except you.

If the project is delayed beyond the delivery date, the total time and total cost for the project will be compared and the amount corresponding to the delay will be refunded to you.
When canceling an order, you can do it within an hour of placing the order. Then we will refund your money. (5% tax applies).
If an order is canceled during the project, the total time for the project and the total amount spent for the project will be compared, the corresponding amount will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

You get five revisions with a project, each revision can change 10% of the project. Revisions are valid for three days after delivery.
Revisions received after 3 days of the final delivery will be charged the same amount as the change.
Requests not related to Revisions can be made for less than 50% of the total project cost.
Things that do not qualify as a revision.
- Changing the music in a video that is set to music.
- Changing more than 10% of the project.
- Changing more than 10% of the assets provided.
